Well most of the trails are now officially open. The trails are in not too bad of shape considering there is definitely more snow required in the immediate area. The club has done a great job getting them ready. There is still a fair bit of water running in the woods so some crossings are still a little wet but passable. Just to the north of us the trails have lots of snow and are fabulous. Catchacoma Lake is still very unsafe to travel. Sunday it looked like it was still open on the North Central part. Some people are starting to travel Mississagua and the smaller lakes now. As always use caution and travel at your own risk. It has been great seeing so many people up last weekend enjoying the area in the winter. We were quite busy with all the folks out enjoying what turned out to be a nice weekend!
